If you've taken advantage of a NetBet sign up bonus and have a profit on your account to withdraw, you'll need to know what options are available.
Thanks to the closed-loop policy, NetBet will automatically withdraw your winnings to the same method you used to deposit. If you haven't made a deposit in the last 6 months or your payment method has expired, you will either need to use a Bank Transfer or make a new deposit and then withdraw your funds back to the new deposit method.
NetBet asks that you allow at least 24 hours for all withdrawals to be processed, so the method you used to deposit is, in theory, not as important. It may be, however, that methods with longer transfer times in general, may still take longer than instant payment methods such as PayPal.

To submit a withdrawal request, log in to your NetBet account and click 'My Account' page by clicking your name in the upper right corner of the homepage. Next, click 'Withdraw' from the left-hand menu. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and click the 'Withdraw' button. For security purposes, withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method used but these days, funds can reach your account in a matter of hours. When you submit a withdrawal request, this is checked and validated by NetBet, which typically range from a few hours to a maximum of 48 hours, provided no additional documents are required from your end. Then the request reaches your bank, which has its processing time frames, too. If you've made your withdrawal request through a bank card, this can take up to four working days or via wire transfer, which can take up to eight working days. When it comes to e-wallets, it usually takes up to 24 hours for the funds to reach you.
To cover transaction costs, NetBet will apply a 1.5% fee on all withdrawal requests with amounts equivalent to or exceeding 500 Euro. For further information, kindly refer to the Withdrawal section of the Terms and Conditions.
If the card you used for your deposit hasn't been active in the last six months or has expired, you cannot withdraw funds to that card. You can instead withdraw via wire transfer or make a new deposit with a different card, allowing you to withdraw to the new card.
Please also be aware that cards issued by NatWest or Royal Bank of Scotland cannot be used for payments. However, you have the option to withdraw via bank transfer to the account linked to your deposit card.
