Outside of this, Tote state that processing times are determined by your card provider or payment service and can take 3-5 working days for cards, though e-wallets may be the same day.

Debit Cards

Allow up to 5 working days for withdrawals to reach your account.

A debit card is required to make your first Tote deposit, and you will need to use the same card to make your first withdrawal.

Withdrawals up to £9000 will be processed and funds released at the end of the day on which the request was made. Depending on your bank, receiving your funds could take a further 3-5 working days.

E-wallet

E-wallet withdrawals are normally received same day.

The Tote T&Cs state that you can register an e-wallet to your account. If you have made a future deposit using an e-wallet, this is usually a much faster way to receive your winnings as the processing time for online payment methods is normally the same day.

Tote will still release your funds at the end of the working day. If you request a withdrawal at the weekend or on a bank holiday, you may still face delays but should still see the funds quicker than with a card.

How to Withdraw Funds

To make a withdrawal from your account, you can click the account icon in the top menu from any page on the site.

This will show you your current balance, stakes and returns, as well as options to manage your account.

Select withdraw from the menu, and you will be taken to the withdrawal screen.

After this, the process is very similar to making a deposit. You will be asked how much you wish to withdraw, and a pop-up will appear with your withdrawal options.

Tote will attempt to withdraw to the payment method used to deposit. If you do not have sufficient funds for the withdrawal, an error message will be shown.
