Friday’s edition of the 6 Horses Challenge gets underway at Newmarket and the Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai British EBF Rosemary Stakes. A race that has an entry list of just seven confirmed at the time of writing and of those in the discussion for victory, we think Fair Point has a fair point in terms of stating its own case. The R M Beckett-trained entry won last time out at Ascot and that victory nearly three weeks ago was the second success that Fair Point has delivered in its past four outings. Its other recent win coming at Chester when Marco Ghiani romped to victory by 20 lengths leaving Socialite far into the distance in second. It is not just that perform in Chester that impressed us, but also its overall form since the start of the season. Five rides for this R M Beckett offering and each of them have seen a top three finish. The win at Ascot earlier this month was overseen by Rob Hornby and it is Hornby who is back in the saddle on Friday, this winning combination appeals to us and therefore, we are backing it to get the better of Sirona and Spiritual.
Next we go to Worcester and the dragonbet.co.uk - Best Odds Guaranteed Handicap Chase. A race that has one short of a dozen when it comes to the entry list and the 11 horses that have been confirmed at the time of writing will have to contend with going that Good To Soft. Good news for Moodofthemoment and although the M Sheppard-trained entry has had a couple of recent runner up performances at Worcester, those two second place finishes in the past month or so should set the horse in good stead on Friday. On both occasions it was Stan Sheppard who has assumed the position of jockey and after being beaten by Don Ochetti and Gerard Mentor respectively, it is the other 10 entrants that it will be hoping to beat before the start of the weekend proper. Falling just short, but an uptick in performance after finishing 10th at Worcester under Tom Bellamy in July and because of that improvement, we feel that Moodofthemoment will have its moment at the expense of both Mix Of Clover and Tonto Foley.
Now we take a trip across the Irish Sea and the racecourse known as Listowel. The first of two races on today’s 6 Horses Challenge card and the MCG Handicap Hurdle has an entry list of 18 confirmed at the time of writing. Those 18 must contend with going that is Soft and of those contending, it is Tounsivator who stands out from the pack in our opinion. The reason for that opinion is due to the Willie Mullins-trained entry winning last time out at Kilbeggan. The second of two rides last month saw Paul Townend romp up and win by a distance of 14 lengths, leaving runner-up Ninth Titan nowhere to be seen. Not only have Townend and Tounsivator romped to victory in August but they also combined to finish second at Galway at the start of the month. Just edged out to victory there by Volantis and with the same horse and jockey combination lined up on Friday, we believe the combination is strong enough to get the better of both Helvic Dream and Lord Erskine.
We stay in Listowel now for the second of two races at the Irish course and this time we focus on the Southampton Goodwill Plate Handicap Hurdle. A race that has a bumper entry list of 17 and for those looking to cross the finish line first, it is Flashthelights that shines brightest for us. The Noel C Kelly-trained entry was successful in its previous showing at Wexford last month. A field of 13 was far from unlucky for jockey Oran McGill as Inchiquin Maid was beaten by half a length. However, there is no McGill in the saddle on Friday and this time it will be down to jockey Gavin Brouder to continue the positive form that has not just been displayed in the recent win at Wexford. To go alongside the early August win, Flashthelights also recorded a June win at Punchestown under the stewardship of Brouder and the reuniting of the two entities is what appeals to us in the fourth of the six 6 Horses Challenge races. If Flashthelights is to be at full force, it will need to keep the likes of Benjis Benefit and Impero at bay, but this is not beyond the realm of possibility.
Now we go back to Newmarket and the Al Basti Equiworld, Dubai Joel Stakes. A field of just six, but just because we are low on numbers does not mean we are low on quality. Quality that in our opinion is highest in the form of Lead Artist and under the stewardship of jockey Kieran Shoemark, it has been leading from the front in recent rides. The John & Thady Gosden-trained entry has had five career rides to date and from that quintet, has never finished outside the top three. Not only that, but the most important statistic is the two victories that have been recorded this summer. A win at York in May, then matched with the same outcome at Goodwood in August. Its last outing saw Shoemark bring Lead Artist home in second, where it was beaten by Kinross by two lengths and with no desire to change jockey, the only change should be finishing one better off. Therefore, expect Lead Artist to lead both Poker Face and Ice Max to victory.
Our final race of Friday’s 6 Horses Challenge takes us back to Worcester and the Dragonbet Fixed Brush Hurdle Series Final Novices' Handicap Hurdle. An entry list of 15 has been confirmed where a maximum of 16 are permitted and of those aiming to end the day in the winners’ enclosure, it is Fine Margin who we are backing to cross the finish line first. The Willie Mullins-trained entry arrives in Worcestershire on something of a hot streak of form. The last three rides have all seen Fine Margin declared the winner and not by fine margins either. Each of those three wins came under the stewardship of Patrick Mullins - the most dominant performance coming back in Fontwell Park in May when it beat On The Nose by seven and a half lengths. Since then, Mullins has also followed up with victories at both Worcester and Bangor and although a change of jockey has been made on Friday, even a fine margin in terms of victory for Kieran Callaghan will be enough to get the better of Bob Bob Ricard and Mostly Sunny.

Also, be sure to check for any critical player injuries. Like with Fantasy Football, you don’t want to put all your hopes on a team winning only to find their best player is out injured.

The bet365 £50,000 jackpot is not the only prize available, so you can also win if you make four or five correct predictions.
The prize value displayed for six correct predictions is the maximum available based on a single winner and will be reduced in the event of a shared prize pool. If more than one entrant predicts six correct results, the total amount of applicable prize money will be shared equally between all entrants involved. Entry to 6 Horses Challenge is separate from standard bet placement, and all bet365 offers do not apply.
On 14th September 2024, twenty-four (yes! 24!) lucky winners landed £50,000 jackpot after predicting all six winners. The result meant each winner pocketed £2,083. Still, not bad for a free bet365 existing customer offer.
The 6 Horses Challenge is open to new and existing bet365 customers, and with it being such an easy game to play, we hope our guide has tempted you to select a half-dozen potential winners.
However, backing a winning horse is easier said than done, and with a busy field of entrants per race, it is about more than achieving this feat once; it is repeating that success another five times over.
Whether working alone or teaming up in a syndicate, your racing knowledge could soon be rewarded, but at the same time, beginners' luck could have just as much chance of overall success.
The jackpot prize will be yours if you are the only player to predict six winners. At the same time, if multiple customers find the joy of six, the £50,000 prize will be split accordingly.
Of course, that has not stopped a legion of punters from trying their luck each weekend, and although the bet365 6 Horses Challenge has only been active for a short time, it has quickly become one of the most popular free games in the industry.
6 Horses Challenge is free to play and available as advertised in the 6 Horses Challenge section.
Only one entry is permitted per person for each round of 6 Horses Challenge. bet365 monitors the use of multiple accounts by the same individual or group. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an individual(s) has submitted multiple entries either by themselves or in collusion with a group of people then all entries for that individual(s) will become null and void.
You participate in 6 Horses Challenge by predicting the winner of each of the nominated races, as displayed in the 6 Horses Challenge section. Entry for each round is available until the first race starts, and your existing entries can also be edited until this time (including if your bet contains a non-runner). If non-runners are not changed before entry closes, such selection(s) will revert to the unnamed favourite (according to standard settlement rules).
A disqualified selection will be deemed a loser.
The races included in each round of 6 Horses Challenge are determined solely by bet365.
For the purposes of settling a 6 Horses Challenge game, results are based on the official result after the weigh-in; Double Result concessions do not count.
In the event of a dead heat between two or more horses in any of the races, all off the horses that dead heat as winners will be treated as full winners for the purpose of that particular round.
Your previous and active 6 Horses Challenge entries are displayed under My History on the 6 Horses Challenge page.
Prizes
The available prizes for each round are displayed in the 6 Horses Challenge section.

If 2 races are abandoned, the entire round of 6 Horses Challenge will be settled as void.
Prizes for each round of 6 Horses Challenge game will be credited once the result of the final relevant race is known.
