"As we previously informed you, after careful consideration, we have made the strategic decision to realign our focus and refine our business operations by discontinuing our Mr Green brand in the United Kingdom (‘Mr Green UK'). Consequently, we will be closing down the Mr Green affiliate platform in the United Kingdom ("MrAffiliate UK"). This decision has been made in line with our strategic plans and will place the Evoke Group in a stronger position to focus and accelerate other growth opportunities. "
If you opted into a deposit and wager offer but your wagering qualification shows 0, you might not have spent your deposit in the qualifying game collection. 2011 Mr Green Home Page Mr Green was founded in 2007 by 3 Swedish entrepreneurs Fredrik Sidfalk, Henrik Bergquist and Mikael Pawlo. They are one of the first operators to offer games from several game suppliers, including a seamless wallet solution that avoids the necessity to exchange chips for playing games from different vendors.
The original name of the parent company was Mr Green & Co AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden, up until January 2019. Mr Green & Co AB changed its name to MRG in May 2018, and in January 2019, MRG was acquired by William Hill PLC for £242m. In 2022 888 Holdings acquired William Hill, and Mr Green along with it.
The Green Gaming Programme allows customers to remain in control, and Mr Green invests heavily in the program. A new predictive gaming tool was announced in September 2017. The Green Gaming Predictive tool analyses a customer's playing behaviour and combines it with the customer's perception of their risk behaviours, giving players the ability to gain insight into their risk behaviour. They were the first company to offer this to prevent a possible addiction to gambling.
Mr Green Ltd is regulated by the MGA, Malta Gaming Authority and is also licensed and holds gaming licenses in the UK and Italy, a Sportsbook license in Ireland and a casino license in Denmark. Mr Green's head office is located in Malta.
