Supercomputer predicts The Masters 2025

The US Golf Masters is just around the corner and the Augusta National Golf Club will be opening their doors for the best golfers in the world, and with our Supercomputer, we’ll try to give you an idea of who to keep a close eye on when the tournament starts.

As the tradition goes, the tournament will be played in the first full week in April as the only major is this tournament played on the same course every year. This year, of course, is no different.

Our Supercomputer has made its predictions on how the tournament will pan out and today, we will give you the answers in this article.

Scottie Scheffler is the favourite

Who will take home the US Masters? According to our Supercomputer, Scottie Scheffler has the best chance of winning this major with a probability of 18.7% chance of winning, while the man predicted to have the second-best chance of winning is Rory McIlroy as he stands 14.3% chance of winning the US Masters.

These two are by far the biggest favourites and there is a gap down to number three, four and five - but who knows if someone can pull off an upset?

Our Supercomputer has predicted Collin Morikawa to be the third favourite to win with a chance of 7.2%, while Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau have respectively 6.5% and 6% chance of winning the US Masters.

Chances of leading after the first round

We all know how important it is to be on in the mix after the first round at August. Again, Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy are the main favourites to lead after the first round, and they stand a chance of 7.7% and 6.5%.

It makes sense as they are also our Supercomputer's favourites to win it all, but it’s still worth noticing that they are not as big favourites of leading after the first round as they are when it comes to winning the Masters as a whole.

The third favourite in terms of leading after the first round is Collin Morikawa, who stands a chance of 4.4%.

The US Masters starts tomorrow, and time will tell if our Supercomputer got its predictions right but for now, hopefully, this gives you a better idea of who to keep a close eye on.
